Our Le Specs Basecamp project introduced a brand new travel inspired eyewear collection designed to capture the spirit of adventure for the next generation of explorers. Positioned as “the starting point of all adventures,” Basecamp fused Le Specs’ signature design flair with functional durability, creating a line that transitions seamlessly from mountain hikes to city escapes. The collection included styles such as The Wanderer, The Jetlag, and The Tide Rider, each named to evoke movement, freedom, and discovery. Our strategy focused on framing Basecamp not just as eyewear, but as an invitation to explore, brought to life through an interactive AR mirror try-on experience, a gacha-inspired retail machine, and a Le Specs x Mimi Moocher travel bundle that encouraged collectability and shareability. The campaign’s social extension, “Where’s Mimi?”, invited audiences to follow and join the adventure online, transforming Basecamp into a lifestyle driven range that positioned Le Specs at the intersection of fashion, functionality, and escapism.
